  1. I got those bubbles on my recently painted boot, in a small area. Painter said it's because the area hasn't been de-greased properly.
  2. I wonder if the H&R lowering springs drop the rear more than the Eibachs.
  3. I remember mine flashing was due to low brake fluid.
  4. So you run on Eibachs now? I'm on Eibachs and Bilstein dampers, not a harsh ride, but it is bumpy on not-so-smooth roads.
  5. Why did you bought another white one, is this better than the one up for sale?
  6. I was thinking on upgrading the bushes to polyurethane, is there any alternative to Powerflex?
  7. Hah, you have the same setup as mine, Eibachs on Bilsteins. I'm craving for the whiteline arb tho! What's the brakes? How about the bushes, are they stock?
  8. Do 1-2 extra shots of the rear - curious how it looks.
  9. 15mm all-round? Curious for more pics if you can.
  10. Yes, I have VCDS Lite on laptop - tried it this evening, engine was warm when i got home, left it to run a bit and temp went to 90 on dial - but i bet that if i started driving it, it would of dropped to 70 again. Went to Instruments Controller in VCDS and reached a Measurement about "Coolant Temp" and it was at 80 degrees - is that it, or i read something else? Either way, I'm buying a bluetooth OBD2.
  11. What about a V409.1 cable, would do the trick? And when would it be ok to read it, when engine is warm?
  12. My water temp barely raises over 70, short trips, long trips, it just stays there - i do get heat blown in the car. Today I changed the temp sensor, still doesn't move higher - coolant was changed last year. Normally if it works, i wouldn't be so fussed, but we experienced some cold weather ( -25) and the mpg went skyhigh because the temp didn't raised properly, so dafuq is wrong with it? I sure hope that this isn't the start of a long streak of breakage, because i have to dig deep into the pockets for the rest of the issues it has.
  13. Seems changing the bars to Arosa ones takes too much fuss, easier to chop them down.
  14. Don't they wobble around now, since you pretty much removed the locking points?
  15. Put my eyes on a few, I really plan to get one
  16. Behaves on slight accelerations or upon flooring the car? Mine does when flooring it.
  17. I need them cambridges in my life, i'm craving for a set, but can't be bothered to pay that much.
  18. They do import the 3L like crazy in Romania as well, I don't like them like normal ones tho. Do you have GTis up for sale, maybe a link to car sales, like mobile.de?
