  1. For a 10", easily I could imagine but would be a squeeze for a 12".
  2. £15 for that is ridiculous and it is still bad to mount speakers on plastic, you could knock up an 18mm mdf baffle or even double that up for a couple of quid.
  3. a girlfriend who doesn't like bass?
  4. ditch the 6x9's, get a decent 4 channel JBL amp for like £50 on ebay then bridge two channels for the sub and use the other two for the front speakers. winning.
  5. I'll take/upload some tonight of my 0awg going through the bulkhead. It's pretty easy, from engine side, follow rear wiper fluid pipe back till you find the grommet that goes through the car, just pull that out if you are having trouble getting yours through or wedge the cable through it then pull it through from under passenger footwell.
  6. got a couple of pictures which i will post a link to later!
  7. I bought a mk2 centre console with the circle vents last night as it was cheap, can it literally also go straight in? or are the mounts different? thought it'd be easier to ask rather than start dismantling it and finding out it doesn't fit!
  8. for amp just get a cheap jbl 75.2 off ebay, not expensive, under-rated and sounds bloody good
  9. should just take the loop to an empty car park and practice spinning and getting it under control... and handbrake turns, handbrake turns are awesome
  10. it's not that coaxial's are bad, just that you'd have a low soundstage which is what makes it sound muffly and not quite as clear
  11. if you're not amping up the components don't bother upgrading wire thickness. in my opinion you should leave the rears out and spend money on amping fronts but that's just me
  12. my central locking has gone wrong and I have no idea how to fix it
  13. I just got my lupo s last saturday and although the guy told me that the windows don't really work and I'm not exactly mechanically minded, I was wondering if anyone on here has seen/know the solution to my problem. Basically, the driver's window will not go down if you press the switch, but if you put the key in the door lock and hold it turning right the window goes down and will go up if you pull up on the switch. My passenger window won't go up or down on either switch and the window comes down slightly when doing 70. I can take the doorcard off and get some pictures if anyone will find that helpful? cheers guys
  14. I saw worse for more money so for the amount paid and the amount that needs to be spent it ain't bad, it's obviously had some money spent on it in the past so plan is getting it back to some kind of presentable state
