yeah throttle valve not too bad of a job. Yeah mb say to flush the injectors but all it does is fill the bore up with cleanner and then cant turn the engine over nightmare. I like doing the sump gaskets gearbox out quite a fun job. Cant say I done smashing streeing locks yet.

yeah the throttle valve issure and forever doing injectors. remember when the engine 1st come out it had oil pressure problems and ended up putting the con rod out the side of the block don`t know if that was a issue for the cars as well ? ha ha yeah the 642 engine

Nope they only have one sensor and you say its had a engine rebuild 2k ago after a snapped timing belt. Mite be worth finding someone with a oil pressure test kit or dropping the pan off to see for bearing damage.

When you drained the coolant did you have the heater on hot ?

Take the head off and repair it
