Personally id get a full roll cage welded to the floor pan and work the pickup around that. Also id assume stich welding would be needed every where aswell

Sounds like cambelt to me mate. The ole wd40 on the belt trick to sell the car is awesome for around 10miles (enough to test drive). I jest ive never done it but my mate and my brother have both fallen for it.
