  1. Hi Elz8462, The best I can do on the bulb holders is £26.00 inc P&P for a brand new genuine pair. Let me know if you’d like to order some. 6H0945258A & 6H0945257A. Lupo ones are the same. Regards, Lupoboz.
  2. Hi Nathan94, Yes the Off Side, Right, is the drivers side! As you sit in the car.
  3. The window winder handles for the Lupo are the same as the 6N Polo's, if you like I can price a new one for you on Tuesday. Regards, Lupoboz.
  4. Hi Guys, To answer a few questions. TPS is an acronym for The Trade Parts Specialists. They are just the trade arm of the dealership sector, is probably the best way to describe it really. Serving body shops and IMT (Independent Motor Traders) customers. Although we do cater for parts for all VW, Audi, Seat, Skoda & VW Commercial models also. Doesn't mean that the parts availability for the older models is any better though, which is a shame. My set up hasn't really changed that much really, the only main one being, that replies can only be carried out after hours, as the computers at work block out this website and others like it. Posting wise, I only post once, maybe twice a week as it got really silly by the end last time I was trading. As I frequented the Post Office everyday, sometimes twice a day which is mind numbing to say the least. Please PM me if you have any questions or any lists that you need pricing. I'll be posting in my old section soon, when I've worked out the finer details. Watch this space!! Regards, Dale.
  5. I would've liked to tour the country as you suggest, about giving good customer service, although I wouldn't like to give all the secrets away, lol.
  6. Hi R, I am back and I do still work at VW, just at a TPS centre rather than a dealership, thus being the only difference. Regards, Lupoboz.
  7. I have never been or wished to go to Guantanamo bay. However, I'm now back trading again. I'll be making a new post thread on here very soon! Regards, Lupoboz.
  8. Hi Jon, As for the coolant gauge, you'll most probably require a new coolant temperature sensor, as this is the most likely culprit of the fault. The undertray which is rattling, has possibly been hit as the car has been lowered too much!, lol. The headbulb is an H7 which is a simple enough job to replace. Would you like a price on the temperature sensor. Let me know if so and I'll send you a PM as before. Regards Dale (Lupoboz).
  9. Hi Matt, The integral mirror cables only come with a new mirror base. I can price one of these up along with the other parts on Wednesday, let me know if so. Regards, Dale (Lupoboz).
  10. The correct switch will need to be fitted, as there are different versions for them over the years. Did you buy a genuine VW switch? Or was it a non genuine one from somewhere. As they are not that well made, as many people have asked me about them. Regards, Dale.
  11. Try pressing the central door (unlocking) button repeatidly located on the drivers door, just up from the window swicthes. If that doesn't work, try lubricating the door mechanism with some penetrating oil.
  12. Apart from all the bling on it. it looks like another 'problem' car to me, lol. I wish the person a lot of luck, should they decide to take the plunge!
  13. I thought it would've been something like that, lol. Regards, Dale.
  14. Have a look on the door lever handle, as they have been known to snap off. Which could be the cause.
  15. It only really needs to be strecthed the once, and once is enough for it to happen. It's hard to give a full diagnosis without seeing the car in the flesh really. Have you got the cable clipped in the right way around and all connected up to the clips upon the door itself?

    Flexi?

Hi Haz_Derby, Are you still looking for an exhaust flexi? If you are let me know the registration number of your Arosa and I'll be able to price the parts up that you'll need. (Thanks Chris). Regards, Dale.
  17. Nevermind, at least that's one thing off your to do list. What sort of other things have you yet to accomplish? Regards, Dale.
  18. Hi Iaz, I can email you over a fitting guide if you like, which gives you a step by step instruction fro sucessfully removing and installing the spoiler brake light. Let me know if you'd like a copy, it's free! Regards, Lupoboz.
  19. Hi rig_pig, A new 6R (new shape) Polo stubby aerial mast from me is £10.00 inc P&P. The ones I sell are 100% genuine VW. To order, please send over the desired amount along with your mailing address to my Paypal account as a 'gift' please, as it save on fees for us both. My Paypal account address is; dalespiers@hotmail.com Regards, Dale. (p.s. Thanks for the heads-up vwbandit).
  20. The cable might be stretched, a new one maybe required along with some door card clips. Let me know if you'd like some prices. Regards, Lupoboz.
  21. That part is also a mystery to me as well. It might be one of the retaining plates for the steering column, or one of the balance weights inside the sterring cowling. Although there are no parts film pictures to substantiate this! If it's not affecting the working of any parts of your car, just keep it somewhere for future reference I suppose.
  22. Are there any numbers upon the old dust boot? If there's a nine digit number, followed by a letter, then I may be able to assist you. Let me know when you can. If there's no lettering or remarks upon it, then you'll have to get in touch with the supplier of the suspension set up. Regards, Dale.
  23. Cambridge Lights are now back in stock. Regards, Dale (Lupoboz).
