Redline magazine has a volvo estate with police graphics and redline (not police) all over it (in the same place as the police text) looks identical Cant find a picture at the moment tho Alfie

I had something very similar like to what your describing, vw replaced the rear boot catch and hey presto. I think the internal of the catch actually losen up and not the actual catch itself being lose. Alfie style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":twisted:" border="0" alt="twisted.gif" />

Bit late to this post but my lupo GTI had/has these wheels on and was lowered 40mm. i was with elephant on my GTI, all mods declared (wheels suspention and exhaust) £580 fully comp @ 20. Try getting insurance on an '83 Mk1 golf GTI with 2k worth of mods style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> lol. most places where £700/£800+ got it from HIC (Hertsinsurance.com) £539 with and agreed value of £3000.
