I used to own a white lupo sport but fancied a change so opted for a completely standard 1.0 SE.I wasn't really planning on making too many changes but as you can guess, that didnt last for long! Initially I put in Alcantara roof lining, de-bump stripped and coded badges, and fitted Mk4 Recaro seat setup with the rears retrimmed in the same material. Then I got some 16" Porsche D90 wheels, had my arches rolled and lowered it with Weitec coilovers. It was looking alright but the standard material interior was pretty boring so I went for a full leather retrim of the mk4 seats, rear bench, doorcards and a few little extras too. I got the interior back a week or so before christmas and went out to take a few photos:I made a few other changes after this, stubby mirror, audio etc and it went in at Southam for a couple of bits to be resprayed. I wasn't really happy with how it sat on the Porsche wheels though so I kept my eyes on the forums for a new set of wheels and some BBS RM's came up. They were completely standard, 15x6.5 in original silver paint, so I changed it about a bit with width and colour and fitted them the afternoon before Ultimate Dubs. Here's how it was at the show:I still need to sort the ride height out properly and space the rear wheels out and I'm going to have the front seats retrimmed/adjusted as they're a bit looser than I'd like.
