Tarrier Posted September 19, 2009 Report Share Posted September 19, 2009 i ordered a pair of fk coilovers from them and they said they were in stock and should be with you in 2 - 3 days this was at the start of the month then they 'were lost in the post' this is before the mail strike. so they said more were comin in few days later so i rung up they had come in and they were supposed to be here 2 days ago then yesterday and its gettting to be a joke , anyone else had a problem like this?tarrier. Tarrier Posted September 20, 2009 Author Report Share Posted September 20, 2009 they seem really keen to help when i ring them and i know they dont hold alot of stock but i work in retail and there is nothing worse then telling a customer that you have it in stock when u dont becuase it will just make it worse. but a phone call wouldnt go a miss i will ring them on monday to refund it i guess. I ordered some fk spacers off them and after a lot of time and phonecalls found out that not only did they not have them in stock but that fk in Germany hadn't even made them yet!
