Winter mode is just a bit of fun, Rota wheels don't like road salt, lol.

Seems facebook has fecked some of the pics, should work now, hopefully.

All the pics should be working now, was a productive 5 mins lol.

Rotas

So what's with the "fake wheels saved me money" bit then?

You own Rota Flashbacks and so long as you don't pretend that they are Equip 03's, what's fake about them?? They not called Equip 03 Reps, so I don't see why you refer them as fake, just because they may have a passing resemblance.....

People call Rota's reps because they are. Much like how Grids are a rep of the TE37..

I'm not dissing Rota's as I'm getting some but they are very well known for being replica wheels.

I don't mean to be pedantic, but a "fake" would still carry the name of the "original" manufacturer.

They may be "rep" or "inspired-by", but to me "fake" normally insinuates a sub-standard product and Rota wheels are nicely finished and put together....

Saying that, I was surprised to find that they are made in the Philippines!

Give it time and I'll have the "real" wheels anyway.

Hey, your money but that seems daft to me...... - spend again to get exactly the same look for the sake of a brand?!

Not the same look.

If rota did 8j low offset flashbacks, I'd be all over them

8jet20 out back and 7jet25 on the font.

Plus, the Works won't deprecate anything like the Rotas.

Is "deprecate" a cross between depreciate and defecate?!?!

Like I said, your money, your choice :)

There have been bad stories about Rota's in the past.

The only reason they get called fake is because the people who can afford the real ones think they have the right to say so, it's like those that call Lenso BSX's fake BBS'.
