Delivery date:

The items were sent out on 29.01.2010 and will probably arrive on 5.02.2010.

The tires for the polished manhole covers should be here soon :)

Trial fit of the Porsche spacesavers today.

ET42 + 25 and 30mm adapters = ET17 and ET12

which is fine and in theory would make it sit quite nice

however the wheels are only 5.5J wide so might look a bit silly

from the rear.

They are quite a good looking wheel though and are painted a

kind of champagne color which is cool!

The Problem with the rears is they are really narrow and quite far out.

I always think the tire needs to start from quite deep in under the car

(pro street drag style)

Otherwise its like poke for the sake of it.

Should sit flush out back though

and still tucking up front.. The front arches on these cars

seem to swallow a lot of depth no problem :o

The tires for the 928's are here.

Will pop them on tomorrow afternoon B)

Dropped the wheels and tires off this morning.

My mate was going to do them for me straight away.. then he saw the tires

and decided to wait for his colleague to come back

Should have them back in the next day or so.

Then I just need to clean them with brake cleaner.

Give them a good rubb with some peek polish

(prefer it to autosol.. much less abrasive

but just enough to get a really good shine. works around the bathroom too  )

and then 6+ coats of poorboys wheel seal

and hopefully run them even though the weather is rubbish. :angry2:

And finally..

got the wheels on.

however I need wider adapters. it turns out ET40 and ET35 both rub

upfront on the inside.

and ET40 and Et35 out back are wayyy too tuck.

So I am in need of new adapters if I am to get the stance dialled.

here are some previews though. I dont really like them I actually prefer the

G60's (when they are clean)
