suani Posted September 8, 2008 Report Share Posted September 8, 2008 (edited) ive shown you all my lupo and thought it was about time i showed you my other dub and a selection of photos of its build.i bought this 3 years ago when i dropped it closer to terra-firma, added some mk2 gti steelies then changed to some speedlines and that was pretty much it for a year until the alternator went. at which point i decided to give it up the power and pretty much everything else at the same time.found one of these...cleaned a little, refitted a few old bits as well as a few newtrialled my new wheelsand that is where it stands today.only problem i have now is... i got my brakes today and worked out that im going to need at least 1.5" spacers to fit my wheels which means they'll stick out by around 1.5"s so i need different wheels! once i work out what offset i need ill start looking but any suggestions would be welcome! oh and feel free to comment! suani Posted July 13, 2009 Author Report Share Posted July 13, 2009 (edited) mk2 gti 8v engine bored out to a 1.9 with matched ports,fast road cam,twin 45 webers with a custom intake,lightened flywheel,mk1 1.6 gti gearbox with an external oil cooler.suspension wise i have some fk silverlines which i ran it on before he came off the road,wilwood calipers with 256mm discs are going up front,mk2 golf discs and mk4 calipers to the rear,neuspeed arb's front and rear along with powerflex polybushes all round.wheels are currently an issue though Edited July 13, 2009 by suani Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
