johnnebgood Posted January 22, 2006 Report Share Posted January 22, 2006 HI I AM NEW HERE WAS GOING TO SELL MY RED GTI ON E BAY ITS 2002 WITH ONLY 10.000 MILES ON THE CLOCK TOTALY ORIGINAL as new condition but at the last moment my wife sandra its her car really she drives i pay for it talked my out of selling it .its been off the road for 6 months as she was using my sons car only this month got the lupeee back on the road after in annual service at the vw garage .what a rip of that was but that another story after slogging around in my merc it was really great to get back in the lupo it really is a under estimated car really please we dident sell it ..great site going to have a drive around it now was told abought it by a geezer on e bay called ryan Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

johnnebgood Posted January 22, 2006 Author Report Share Posted January 22, 2006 info to others. we just had the lupeeeeee serviced at a vw dealer .[we have full service history]but had an old change service didnt really need it ,only 500 in one year.but i like to look after my cars, keep the book stamped and all that crap.any way noticed that the engine warning light was on ,so asked them to see what was needed to put it right. got a call from the service dept. all that was needed was a computer up date that sould put out the light.total cost with the service £150 ish. ok go a head. returned to the vw dealer to collect payed my £150 said thank you very much .left the showroom without my shirt to collect our lupo only to fine, yes you no,the dame light is still on.returned to the dealer .mr vw man my light is still on .o sorry we will need to take a look, i will put our top man on the works. waited 2 hours sank sevreral of there tacky beverages .now feeling very sick told can you please leave the car with us, get back to you tomorrow .then told fixing the light that another job ,had to sign another job sheet. went home feeling pretty gutted and thinking that i am abought to be ripped off.sandra said well they cant have your shirt can they, at work [saturday well i am needing the over time to pay these boys they have big showroom to heat dont they]. mr Byou car the problem is a heated breather pipe it took us 5 hours to find we are not going to charge you for that but the cost of replacment is £75 thank you .so if you take in your motor to these boys please check that all is well before you pay .i have the breather pipe it does have a small element in it was wonder what it did .why would you need to heat air coming from the engine to the air in take filter .cheers johnne style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":confused:" border="0" alt="confused.gif" />ryan hi no sorry no wins yet but still trying if i win shes yours .o i am not talking tenners here its 1 mill plus.yes she has never had a real blasting [thats the car not the wife] i recently sold my audi A3 TURBO traded it for the merc she only had 12.000 on THE CLOCK IN 4 YEARS was in A1 condition really great car that one.as i say i have done serious dosh in ten years on cars .see one must have it Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

johnnebgood Posted January 22, 2006 Author Report Share Posted January 22, 2006 ryan i give you some free advise you dont need to be a good speller to make some money in this world,i left school with nothing not even 25 yards breast stroke certificate. i did get my cycling proficency but that it.what i did get was a trade when i left school ,i was apprenticed as a electrician . that the job to be in .i no don it all my life never had any trouble earning an honest living and on the side buying any car i like.get your self a trade electrician plumber bricky any thing, but rember never rip off any body do your best do a prober job it worked for me i now have my own buisness .i never advertise the jobs just roll in.but really its all down to hard work there is no easy ways to earning a lot of cash cheers johnne b my son is an apprentice mechanic he cant spell but he can pull the chicks lucky b5&43rd cheers johnnyb Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
