BlackArosa
I've recently noticed a build up of green algae/grime on the seams of the outer casing of my rear lights lights. It has hardened so it's not a soft thing you can just wash out and it's managed to get to a bit where you can't fit in anything to get it out. Anyone else had this problem and any ideas on how to clean this? Can get pictures if needed.
CLAYTONJONES
Some APC and a few detailing brushes should sort it out, not sure how to prevent. Maybe clean that area more?

CLAYTONJONES
Oh i see what you mean, i have no idea how that gets in there!
Dblock
Moisture, warmth = algae or some sort of bio stuff. Maybe there is a small leak in your light? If not take it off take out the electric part. Fairly liquid and then dry it. Re assemble and your done.

BlackArosa
I Thaught of it DBlock. im wondering if i used some cilit bang in water and left it for a bit? just wondering if it would damage the plastic.and jamesdeane91, its both of the rear ones unfortunately any suggestions appreciated as i wanna have a crack at it tomorrow. Dblock
Cilit bang is pretty harsh stuff. The water could dilute it but it looks alive so a good anti bac like fairy I think would kill it I think.

jamesdeane91
For some reason the Arosa lights seem to collect water, especially in the back left. A friend of mine also has the same problem, as do I. I have to take my light and empty it quite frequently.
