bossjohnc Posted May 28, 2005 Report Share Posted May 28, 2005 That's a light on the dash - there is a light to tell you when your boot is open, just no light in the boot to actually help you see where things are.They even managed to put a light in the ash tray for fecks sake. AndyW Posted May 28, 2005 Report Share Posted May 28, 2005 I'm pretty sure (from memory) that my '04 GTi has a boot open warning light, its a little red door symbol, same one you get if you leave a door open.I could have made this up in my sleep though.On the other topic slightly related topic, even my Punto had a light in the boot, quite tight that the Lupo doesn't have one.
