200w rms is the average it can run at, it will have a higher peak wattage, but really you want to be matching the rms to the amp, not exceeding it.

I'd be careful with springs. Stick to a recognised brand, I think Pi are the cheapest. -

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/171344479984 Borbets were sold in 7.5x16 (fronts) and 9x16 (rears), so you need to look for a set of 4 fronts. Remotec made replicas of the Borbet A style, these are available in 7x15". Large alloys at standard height just look silly. -
You've said you've just replaced most of the suspension, i'm guessing this might have contributed to knackered shafts.

9x16 will fit with standard height, but will look utterly gash. Either get 7.5x16 all round set, or some of the Remotec copies. -
It sounds like your intercooler's not doing its job, cores may be corroded or block up. Blasting some compressed air through it is one way of cleaning it out. Is your fan tripping on/off as it should? Have you ruled out a dicky thermostat causing heatsoak?

Confusion this is causing in my local dealer is unbelievable

Does the Arosa have pre and post intercooler temps? I would guess blocked or leaking intercooler or a boost leak post intercooler.

Focusing on the eUp! I reckon.

Drive it, listen for noises, try and find evidence of things contacting. Really should sort the tracking and geo out too.

Can't wait to see the hub caps fitted. I want to do red steels with chrome caps and white walls.

I was intrigued when I saw the thread title, i'm now a little less optimistic. Yes it will fit. Not easily, but it will fit.

Thats where the AVH's are a bit better as you can just plug your standard iphone cable onto the USB slot. -
Good work, they really suit the car.

When I stripped the rear seats out of the ST I just order a few square metres from ebay. Search for VW boot carpet. Shouldn't need high temp for that application (happy to be corrected though!)

Shop around on eBay. The Appradio 2 is also really good if you don't listen to CDs -
Details on the tyres needed!

You can get the AVH2500 non dab for less than £200 now. Absolute bargain. -

Its not 2001, no one has folding h/u's any more. Double din, but you can get better ones than that for £150 new. -
That makes sense. Easiest solution would be to buy the material in bulk (loads of places on ebay sell it), use spray glue and trim the pieces to fit.
-
They look good! Is it just spigot rings you need to make them fit?
-
Are the wheels from the BMW mini?
-
Do you mean retriming them, or taking them out and carpeting the floor?
