  1. I'm definitely up for this, so my name can be changed to red style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> . Looks like we've got a full set of GTi colours aswell!
  2. 80MPG!! Wow. This thread is inspiring. I'd love to go on a super econo-drive somewhere to see what MPG I could get. (Best I've had is about 340 miles, going from teesside to Devon, using one one tank of fuel!)
  3. No problem. I'm in Boro so not that far away if you need any help.
  4. Yeah the radio will reprogram itself back with the car, as long as you have the ignition on. If the cupholders are fixed in the same way as the VW tray, then you just need to give them a really big pull.
  5. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":o" border="0" alt="ohmy.gif" /> I was looking forward to see this at the Kielder drive. It's such a special car, I can't believe its happened. Hope you get it all fixed up soon.
  6. HAPPY BIRTHDAY! And good luck with the driving lessons. style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":swerve:" border="0" alt="swerve.gif" /> Don't try to rush things though, you'll only pass when you're ready style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> .
  7. I assume you want to connect a VW cd player to your SEAT cassette? The VW radio cassettes have 'convenience radio coding'. You don't need the code if you are reconnecting the radio to the car it originally came from. After reconnecting, turn on the ignition, and then turn on the radio, and 'LEARN' appreas in the display. It compares its code to the code stored in the car, and then it works as nornal. I have no idea if the SEAT ones have the same function. But anyway, surely you could pull out the cassette and connect the cd player without removing the power connector?
  8. This 'run out' sounds like a good idea. I'll try and make it, though Kielder is even further from me style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /> . Has anyone got a map of exactly where this military road is?
  9. Pass plus cost me £120, but I saved £200 on insurance! (17, no NCB, Lupo 1.4 75bhp - £1700 fully comp in own name style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> )

  12. Nice to see someone else with two Lupo's on their drive. I think they look a bit lost sometimes when they're on their own style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=";)" border="0" alt="wink.gif" /> . I like the bright colours too style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":)" border="0" alt="smile.gif" /> .
  13. I put up a spotted for this car a few weeks ago. I didn't know until seeing it on ebay that it's only 5 minutes away from my house! So I guess the perforated leather interior is from a sport. (Oh and my 'SE' steering wheel is covered in perforated leather style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":D" border="0" alt="biggrin.gif" /> )
