Well i had been out the sunday night.. but i swear to god i didnt do anything! also i think it was hurting sunday daytime.. so the drink cant of had anything to do with it.. plus i was at work 5am monday so i didnt get wrecked or anything!

My left foot started hurting about a week-and-a-half ago, it didnt start hurting after an event had taken place ie. i had dropped something on it.. it just started hurting more and more each day.. i didnt really think much of it because some part of my body is always hurting.. i work long hard physical hours so i get battererd about alot.. anyway been working all week with my foot in pain, really started hurting this sunday so i decided to goto my GP on monday, and he sent me straight to get an xray at hospital, and it turns out i have broken my 3rd metortarsol (sp??) had a temp pit put on from my knee down yesterday, then had to go to a bigger hospital today to get a more perminent one put on, this one from my ankle down. thing is ill be off work for 5 weeks and i wont be able to drive my car for the same amount of time! nightmare! also got this little rubber slipper thing that i have to wear so i can walk on it... still hurts though so im on my crutches for the time being! still really baffled to how i have done it though! style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":confused:" border="0" alt="confused.gif" />

hey kimmy, to be honest i would not worry at all about the EPC light or whatever light came on.. it seems tio be a very common fault across the vw range.. i know of some mk4's and sharans doing the same... my arosa has done this, along with the exhaust emmisons light apperaing too.. taken it into garages and the tests have been inconclusive, they did change a brake light switch in mine once... but lights still appeared.. up until a few months ago they used to come on from time to time.. but now (ouch wood) they havnt appeared for ages.. if you want to take it into a garage dont take it to the main seat dealer in hull trenton (anlaby road..) there is a independent Seat garage a few doors down from the main dealers apparently.. i've heard there will be one quite long break of like 5-6weeks, but only one.. none of the stupid 2 week breaks like every couple of weeks or so... so in the long run it will be better this season.

yeh its near hold road, the road is the one that comes off the crossroads at JJB/BIGW/NEW asda, the car is blue, like VWR's sport.. it looks alrite i checked yesterday its a 99 V reg for £3499, a little steep i think, just depends on the milage..pretty rare round here though non the less! yeh your gti started the ball rolling!

got a parking ticket last night.. yes i was parked on double yellow lines, but i wasnt causing an obstruction down a quiet cul-de-sac.. anyway i saw the process so i ran out to my car and at my horror there were 3 traffic wardens that has turned up in a van all 3 of them had left the van and they had infact parked on DOUBLE yellow lines and left their vehicle! anyway iv got this ticket it reads "by parking attendent KH13 who had reasonable cause to believe that the following oarking contravention had occured: Parked in a restricted street during prescribed hours" im not 100% sure on the reason.. its not a restricted street.. part of it is (bvecause of the yellow lines) also there are no signs up displaying times of when you cant park there.. (i know that the general rule of yellow lines covers this!) so anyone think i have a case? cheers Si
