do you not have a ruler ?

it is most likely this..take the engine cover off and have a look, top right hand corner of the head

keep you water/coolant level topped up and don't let the engine get too hot...

yeah pics speak a thousand words head gasket symtoms using coolantoil in coolantwater in the oil resulting in a white residue on the filler cap

get a picture up then ..will help to identify the issue

have a look around the internet theres plenty of online shops that sell tyres..

I think it's a good idea to fit them..don't need to worry about the springs falling out and easier to adjust the ride height as for spring and damping rates like people have said the weight isnt that much different to a polo..and putting coilovers on is changing both of them massively anyway

Exhaust,Air filter, Re-map..my freind put a 1.6 bottom end on his sport head with the other mods and got 120bhp

if you can't work on cars, i would advise against running them low full stop..

if you look at the picture there is a blue platic ring with a spring that is under full compression under it, take the coilover apart and remove it,would go a fair bit lower
