Volkswagen Lupo 1.0 l Petrol, x reg My car will not start but, it does turn over, and over. Every now and again the engine picks up and starts but miss fires like anything! I have recently changed the exhaust cat, alternator, plugs, ht leads and rocker cover gasket. the engine is leaking oil and it is getting into the plug wells. I also had to take the second lambda off the exhaust system as i could not get it out of the oringinal cat, whilst on the car, But as this lambda is after the cat i was hoping that this will not be important and will just require a MIL Eliminator. Please if anyone can help clear up the problems that I still have i will be really appreciative. Thanks

    Oil Leak

Yeah I was in a rush, but still I was just explaining the problem that i can See with my engine which of course, i would like fellow vw owners to tell me what they think is wrong. i will definitely get a picture up in the morning to help the explanation. Also how would you diagnose a head gasket failure or the potential of the gasket starting to fail on the vw lupo 1ltr engine?
