your not dubbin unless your rubbin 195/45/15 wold be fine on a 7.5 be sort of square side wall no stretch obviously stretched tyres would help prevent scrubing im not too good with offsets but i imagine youd want mid 30 somthing high to get it tucking under, i think thats right ??? haha

There's 2 bolts at the front underneath, 13mm iirc Try those there the only bolts I've ever adjusted Unsure if they'd fix it are your runners loose? Maybe somthing on the sides has snapped?
