  2. phone your local vw dealers and ask them for a price to do the same work and then phone them and ask them why they are charging more than the dealers for the work ,tell them you are not happy and are going to call your local paper and pay to have your bill published with why are you charging me more the the main dealers on it.(bet that will work.)also i would have a good look and see if they used any new parts

  4. yeah the colour is horrible! haha... i think thats what put a lot of people off buying it. I would be painting one either way so i dont mind The body is what i wanted and its a mint shell so im well chuffed

  5. lol basically, your offset of the wheels determines how far (or not far) the wheels stick out from the arches With the flipped steelies, from what i can see, they haven't been made any wide but flipping them means they poke more

  6. If you keep on top of cleaning it, it wont fade. Flash red lupos are alot less prone to it as the paint isnt too shabby, vauxhall red however...

  8. Thanks mate. Couldn't agree more. The colour isn't to my taste but its a mint body so a good starting point it will end up blue most likely

If you want to smooth your bumpers you need to plastic weld them up, if you just do filler in time it'll just crack so.. plastic weld the bumper, skim of filler smooth sand it down job done i know its much harder than just typing it like i am, best bet would be to get someone in a bodyshop to do it for you.
