JackLupo13 Posted November 17, 2013 Report Share Posted November 17, 2013 (edited) Hi People.So I brought a Lupo GTI around a year ago as a run around while I was building my Mazda RX8 which I don't use as daily any ways.Haven't had much luck with it over the last year head gasket Christmas, cambelt few months later and then crashed it about a month ago. I fixed the sump and was back on the road but rear engine mouth had broken and just isn't running right. 165k on the clock it was time for the conversion I have always wanted to do.Plan is 1.8t conversionfull respray in new colourbucket seatsroll cageharnessesSo far but I know with my rx8 the list just kept getting bigger and bigger as I went on with new ideas etc.Few picture of the car cleaned up about 2 months ago. Rear seats got a little tricky though.And this weekend the engine and gear box where pulled out. Misses wanted to un bolt something lol.Also went and view an A3 today which I have a deposit on and will be picking up tomorrow night. Will get some photos up of it.
