Raw10
Thought it was time to show you all the progress started off completely standard at 83k. First thing I did was cambelt and full service. I have now fitted coilovers, removed the bumpstrips and polished like crazy. Inside I have fitted a gti gaiter and made the rear head rests sit flush. Next few mods will be HIds, got my private plate ordered decat and manifold and wheels

Raw10
Arh cool! Yeah it's little mods like that, which make a car when they all come together. Just bought some new wheels soon to be painted and put on for the spring

Vinnyzf
Sooo nice. How do you "chop" the headrests? Just take a bit off the bottom?

Al3xTee
Sooo nice. How do you "chop" the headrests? Just take a bit off the bottom? The ones with holes in, just cut. If you have solid ones, it's better to take the covers off, dismantle them and break the compression welds to the bar across and cut from the top. You can then stick it it ba k together and keep the ends in tact but have shorter headrests Edited March 6, 2013 by Arosa.Al

Or shall I just chop the ends?! haha
Al3xTee
I would go to the effort, just because I'm like that, but it works to just chop the end too
