Polo GT Tdi 130, it is in fantastic condition in Reflex silver complete with the factory/dealer fitted votex body kit which consists of front and rear bumper spoilers, sill skirts and roof spoiler. It has the 16 inch vw BBS montreal alloy wheels which have been repainted in a matt grey Audi style finish with 2 Hankook tyres on the front 2 bridgestones on the back with loads of tread. Outside it also has vw headlamp protectors, tinted rear windows and Koni 30/40mm lowering springs. Inside the Polo has very tidy grey sports seats with vw fitted mats and a vw boot liner, it has air conditioning, a factory dash mounted 6 cd changer and cassette player, trip computer, leather sports steering wheel and gear knob. The car has full service history and was last serviced last month. It has the same 130 bhp engine and 6 speed gearbox more commonly found in the golf gt tdi although this one has had an ecu remap and K+N airfiter and is thought to be around 170 bhp. It's very nice to drive and has great performance but can still return 50+MPG so makes it cheap to run. This is a very tidy and well maintained example of a very fun and practical limited edition car which is made even rarer by the factory fit bodykit, I would encourage any body interested to arrange to view the car so you can see exactly what you are buying and how good it is. Also whilst in my ownership I've had a new clutch, top mounts, rear dampers, new rear brake calliper, discs and pads on the rear fitted. Private plate isnt included in the sale. Can anyone shed some light on this for me, are all lupo manifolds universal on all engines, as it's just going one model age 99-04 etc

This may seem quite a stupid question but I have an early sport (AFK) And I'm after a 4 branch manifold but I can't find one to fit that engine code are all 1.4 16v's and similar engines the same exhaust port sizes and will bolt straight on. Cheers

Thanks mate, I'm gonna have a go at this today, already cleaned the throttle out but ill do it again. Guessing the fix is just to replace the sensor then? Have you got the partner number? Iv got 2000 model so think its an early sport engine. Cheers

Can anyone shead some more light on this for me? When driving and engine is hot the revs are sticking at 4k sounds like its hitting the limiter. Going to try a new lambda sensor. Any one have any Ida's? Thanks

It's a cable not a fly by wire, so I thought it won't have a position sensor.

It's only just started having a high idle and cuts out when slowing down! Some days it's okay and some its quite bad! When stopped it idles at 1.5k then drops to 1k after a few seconds! Iv cleaned all the throttle body out and checked all the sensors and wiring plugged it into a vag com and its coming up '00282 Throttle position actuator' but don't know why! And can't reset the throttle position as it isn't me :@ iv had a decat so thinking maybe change the lambda! Any ideas? Thanks

Just wondering will a 2001 polo gti interior fit, or will I need to modify it to get it in? And will the steeringwheel fit, I'm sure it's just the same as a lupo gti leather one? Help appreciate thanks.

Just chop the ends mate I sawed on the 2nd mark from the bottom

Just used a hack saw mate but you could use a grinder or what ever few more pics

I'm wanting to change my standard CD player/radio combo in the lupo to a new headunit but want to keep it oem, does anyone know if a mk5 golf or Polo will fit and work?

I'm also trying to find this out, might just buy one and make it fit, lack of a cup holder is a nightmare!

Thought it was time to show you all the progress started off completely standard at 83k. First thing I did was cambelt and full service. I have now fitted coilovers, removed the bumpstrips and polished like crazy. Inside I have fitted a gti gaiter and made the rear head rests sit flush. Next few mods will be HIds, got my private plate ordered decat and manifold and wheels

Yeah it's a really good car to start with! Getting impatient now! Yeah the mini and golf were mine too!
