Fill in the V5 notifying change of keeper and taxation class to PLG and give them that at the same time you're taxing the car. Tell them what you're doing, i.e changing from disabled to PLG and taxing it. SAdly, DVLA are after closing the local offices and move all work to Swansea and that will make service awful. The existing postal a telephone services are dreadful enough as it is; placing extra demands on the already inaccurate and unaccountable staff there will render them virtually useless.
