M1 Lupo
Every 3 months (2500 miles). It may sound excessive, but the engine spends most of its life on the high lift cams. So for the peace of mind, why not?

bossjohnc
I change mine (or get it changed) every 10K, it doesn't always get a thrashing, but I would like to change it more often. I certainly don't think there's anything wrong with a change every 10K though.Leaving it much longer than that is a definate `no-no`.
