fatty Posted June 15, 2011 Report Share Posted June 15, 2011 (edited) HelloI've just purchased an Arosa after having to sell my Mk4 Golf Wagon.MOT and Tax till March, 78k with Timing Belt done at 68k. Its dog slow but it feels pretty good fun and will be even better once its lowered!Obviously I couldn't leave it alone so last night I debadged it:and Did what everyone who's ever debadged an Arosa must have done:Plans are pretty simple really. Coilovers, wheels and a more black interior. Then get the little bits of paint work sorted.Ordered Badgeless Grill and just waiting for a best offer on Coilovers.Think I'm gunna really enjoy having a little car again! My brother has even started looking at 1.4's and 1.7sdi's to replace his MX5!Look forward to posting some progress. I think I need a chassis notch now and I need some better wheels, can't decide whether to got 14 or 15" and go wide or go flat face. Was thinking G60 steels and big Audi Wheel trims. Wanted to go and get some pics with my little Bro's Passat but he wouldn't come out to play! PUSSY!So here are some of my pics. Excuse the quality, I only have my phone to take pics with:Really needs a polish. You can see the blooming on the Passenger side rear quarter panel. Depending on the weather at the weekend I might try and crack the clay bar and Megs 3 stage out and see how shiny I can get it!Really really needs wheels as well but my money is going into getting it running right and a chassis notch atm!
