m4tt Posted December 20, 2010 Report Share Posted December 20, 2010 Thought I had the same thing bud - went round bends and noticed rubbing noise when turning right (so the left side rubbing) turns out there's' a patch on my driveshaft where the surface (rust!) Has rubbed off. !elieved to be/informed that it was the plastic casing covering the alternator wiring - just tied it out the way.And as said - watch the shafts on the chassis, mine are about a fingers width from eachother and you have to watch potholes or you get a nasty bang!
