Anyone on here had the front/back ends smoothed out or know anywhere near me end that can do it well?

Yorkshire and all surrounding areas if possible, im willing to travel if the quality is worth it! i only want to get the jobs done once, so quality is everything here :)

plan on getting the bonnet groove flush

the indicators smoothed out

and the reg plate recess smoothed out

He did most of the plastic welding work himself from memory so I doubt he'll be much help on that front.

As for paintwork and other bodywork, ask your mates who they have used, visit the body shops and cast an eye over their work to see if it meets your standards. It's one think being told a body shop are good, it's very different seeing it for yourself.

To be quite honest bud there probably ain't many places that would take this kind of work on mainly cus it takes time and time to smooth n blend plastics and labour costs cud escalate, it's ok getting it done cheap but chances are the blends will crack quickly, I use to work for a Bodyshop in S****horpe called MSM vehicle refinishers theses boys have done alot of custom work in the past and had alot of mag features but aren't cheap

Hope iv helped in anyway

You need to speak to Timmy Plastic at True paintworks in Leicester. He did the bumpers on this months PVW cover car and also did Russ Whitefields mk2 (C4RBD) He specialises in plastic welding and smoothing. His work is top notch!
