Defcon5
Went in today, pictures taken, and being sent to wherever they send them.I have 3 different rust spots, the body shop guy said they would probably do the little ones, but they may say the big one has been left too long, and I should have brought it in sooner, to which my response will be why wasnt it brought to my atttention when it was serviced by VW last year. little rich
If they do one spot they have to do the whole roof to prevent that from rusting, They did my whole roof and my rear quater as the corrosion was going down there, not that i could see it!,Rich,

s2000king
The warrenty should cover the roof mate and then get chips away to do the rest and you should be sorted. Cheers, James
GMInsite
they wont cover me under warranty cause one of the previous owners resprayed the car
PaperWeight1
they wont cover me under warranty cause one of the previous owners resprayed the car They'll use anything to wriggle out of it, personally I wouldn't take my car to them to get it painted regardless.Seen too many shoddy jobs come out of 'approved' dealer bodyshops. To get the roof painted from a decent place isn't going to break the bank - £140-180.
