dxg
Here's something that slipped off the radar - a completely new VW to fit into the range between the Jetta and the Passat. This is obviously a mule (bonnet and dash look like Golf / Jetta), but I'm struggling to see the market for this thing.Quick edit to say it's destined for the US and maybe China. Doesn't look like we'll see it. Edited November 25, 2008 by dxg

db
I don't like it and that current bumper better just be a test bumper as well as it doesn't really subscribe to the new vw design language.

Clairey Fairy
*Yawn*Doesnt look anything special to me. Just to echo what Luke said really, doesnt look anything like the new style VWs with that "old" front end.
IDGM
Just read that VW deny that this is the NMS (although I'd not heard of it before). Looking at the mis-match of lines at the front end, it's deffo a mule for underpinnings rather than the look of the finished article. The distinct lack of taped up bodywork would suggest that to be the case. Here's another VW from May. I missed it, but it's good to see they have go the guts to relaunch models from bygone days. The Volkswagen Bonanza Edited November 25, 2008 by IDGM
Gibbeth!
Kind of reminds me of the differences between mk5 and golf plus.
