The connectors on mine gubber they rusted and broke when i tried to clean them up. Any one know if i need a full new unit or is it can i just get the bulb carrier part?

Nice icon Scottish... (lifted)

I prefer to look cool and leave it to rott, the bottom 2 lights look cool and acceptable, all cops behind me left it alone..

why?

because it didn't hurt their eyes sitting behind you! having 3 bright reds investigating/them following you after departure~!

lol

If you cover it up with tape it will pass, as they can only assume there is no light there, and arent allowed to take tha tape off

Just to bump this, half of mine (the right half) doesnt work whereas the left is totally fine, phoned VW this morning to ask for a price for a new unit, was just over £30 inc VAT, but then they phoned me back and said my model doesnt have LEDs, just bulbs, which are cheaper and easier to change?! I'm sure its LEDs!
