Nooo keep it standard. :(

My plans are a little different to your buddy.

Stainless steel Raceland Manifold and a Sports cat are to be done in a month followed by a remap a month later...with half a tonne of luck I should be seeing near to 120bhp.

Being in the middle of a standard Sport and standard GTI I think replacing the 16V badges with GT ones would seem appropriate. I got to give the competition some sort of an idea as to what's going on underneath her bonnet. ;)

Someone has got a bit of money to blow off...

A Sport can NEVER be a sleeper unless you get rid of that centred chrome exhaust at the back.

I don't know about the remap tbh, I might consider a cat back system first as for some odd reason my exhaust hangs low, its got new brackets which didn't make a difference to the height.

I think the extra 10-20% in power is more than enough for my needs.

If I'm going to get cams the remap can wait LoL ! And until I get a better job, the supercharger and driving from one petrol station to the next can wait.

My exhaust hangs pretty low two. Think its a standard exhaust problem to be honest mate.

Welcome to the forum. Loving the ambition.

I'm one of those odd people who kept mine standard. I do occassionally get tempted by new springs dampers, thicker arbs, a new manifold and exhaust, but to be honest, i'm not thinking of keeping my car for much longer anyway and atm I cant really afford to do it.

But good luck :)

Look at your back box when you get a spare minute, does it tilt down slightly on the right hand side of the box?
