Problems starting when engine warm

Picola: Worst... post... ever...

(OK so I watched Simpsons today tongue.gif style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":P" border="0" alt="tongue.gif" /> )

Cavey: Welcome and hope you enjoy your stay. From problems Ive had in the past, it may well be due to the auto choke. Ie its over fueling when warm. As for fixing it, sorry but thats behond me... (ECU etc)

could be one of these

temperature sender (common problem on most vw's!)

throttle body (either dead or base settings need doing)

Very true! i sell more temp senders for VAG's than any other brand of car!

Still do no harm replacing the plugs, and will only cost you about a tenner to £15 providing your car doesnt need the platinum long life ones.
