The Penguin Posted March 8, 2022 Report Share Posted March 8, 2022 If I were you I'd look to replace said drum brake axle with a disc brake one from a 16v Sport or from a GTI. If you have remapped your TDI and many have, the brakes become marginal, its easy to get 100bhp and much more torque than standard, more power than the Sport and more torque than a GTI Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There's a big vw breakers in Southampton that usually has a few Lupos in, but I haven't checked with them for a while as there's nought I need at the mo.
