Vwlup0
How is this fixed? Mine is hanging off and seems to have a sort of sticky foam underneath that's turned green.. Any help appreciated. Ollie.
Silver!
Two bolts through the boot from the inside and the foam is just a seal.
Vwlup0
Thanks silver, where would I find a replacement seal?

Silver!
I got mine from vw when I got a new spoiler fitted. They did however try to sell me a bonding kit even though I advised it wasn't bonded on.
Skajme
Sorry to hijack this thread but it's about the GTI spoiler so it saves creating a new thread!I've got a new light and a new connector for my spoiler, the problem is when I took the old connector off the two wires snapped leaving the pins from the end of the wires inside the old connector. Would I be able to get the little wire housing pin things from anywhere or are they only available from VW? another thing, any tips on a better way of waterproofing/sealing things up in the spoiler? Reedo
if its hanging off i would recommend taking it off and checking the bolt holes. mine was loose turned out one of the holes was completely broken and ruin. ended out getting a new one
