mine works randomly... sometimes it stops working for 3-4 days then works again with no apparent reason... i noticed if i accidentally catch a bump while the glass is moving, the 'one touch' function ceases to work... but i can't really say what's the trick to make it work again.. so any help/advice would be appreciated

does Option+Command+Eject work? do you have any usb device/external HD connected? http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?t...2&tstart=-1

well forgot to mention i was in Zandvoort (holland) at the mini united with my previous BMW MINI back in 2007, also that was before i 'saw the light' and switched to a Real Mini

i was there with my mini... 2100miles trip from italy... simply wonderful, but each to their own ideas

i am truly amazaed on how accurate the MOT is in UK... in my country, but also in other european i suppose, nobody will ever think and go check the anti roll bar bushes... they just check emisions, tyre wear, windscreen integrity and lights, that's it. must say i'm really impressed... this IS the right way to prevent accidents and injuries on the road instead of putting silly speed limits and speedbumps everywere.

i had them on my bmw mini some years ago as OEM, before switching to 17... still my favourite rims for a One or Cooper R53 both for that kind of subtle retro look and handling -it was more reactive and fun to drive than on 17''s always thought they would look nice on a lupo/arosa too. and was considering the idea... but to be honest i changed my mind because of the rim width however for a non gti, considering the price you paid... why not give them a try!

Sorry for the OT, but where did you get these pics (formerly: is it available a VAG tis or whatever they call it?) maybe an online version like BMW?

sounds strange... i 'studied' Earnie's gti for long time (...yes, i fell in love with teledials by looking at your car ) in my case i can't put stretched tyres as i have to stick with OEM measures due to italy's law so i decided to go for ET52 but i received ET23... in the end there's no solution for me.. they have to go... @Ashley.. if you take a look in the inner side of the rim, you''ll find out the ET. Something like 15x7ET23

i can understand your sadness... i got some minor rubbing on my previous car when i fitted some low ET alloys (at the time i was totally ingoring the meaning and the effect of this value...) and now that i was 'well prepared' and did my addictions and subtractions with ET and J's... i ran into a malicious ebay seller....

what ET? if it's 52 they should fit.. if you were sent 15x7 ET23 like me instead of 15x7 ET52 i bid for... sorry to tell you but they will rub
