I dont actually think it is the loudest in the world, it is just a rumour I think . It is completely designed to get low, ive still not heard it but cant wait till I get round to it. They dont use the whole thing most of the time any way just becasue it is so big. They built alot of it by hand as well! That night at custard factory looked big, shame I live no where near.

that is correct - however, cos it has to do 30,000 cycles in one second it is barely moving. high frequencies are low energy and therefore the speaker doesnt move much, no where near enough to vibrate a wire free. it would be pretty much impossible to make something go at 30,000Hz and actually move a significant amount... think about it. also, how does the magnetic field pull a wire free?

can you explain how the magnetic field is making it switch off? also, tweeters could not vibrate a wire free, they barely even move the air. also, they are rainbow so I doubt they are crap tweeters

what you powering them with?

songs wont copy from an ipod to the computer, but you can download a program that will do it. transfering the wholw music libary with the data file is better so you dont lose your playlists etc.

Seems there is a few dj's on here from past threads... Ive been attempting to learn how to mix for about 2 months. It looked like fun so I thought id see if I could do it, but Ive never been told how to do it so I just worked it out myself... therefore I was just wanting some tips for a noob dj? What do you do when you go about selecting songs etc? I didnt want to get decks so I used dual sound card (one for speakers, one for headphones), got some basic software and a midi controller as a mixer. So it is just using mp3's, cd's. Have to wait until I can afford proper kit. Any way, here is a short 5 song mix I recorded. Am on the right lines? (it is fairly chilled out liquid drum and bass) Download!

Surely eating weed would be good but smoking aint gonna help? Id say any strong spirit will do, help kill the infection, numb the pain and you will be drunk so who cares.

if you want stronger drugs ive heard smack stops your cough reflex style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":coffee:" border="0" alt="coffee.gif" /> although on a serious note take some codeine, should help but will make you pretty chilled out if you take enough so dont expect to do much work
