  1. Yeah it seems that a remap will take it somewhere between 160-185BHP without having to change any components but anything above that requires new parts, intakes, turbo etc. I wouldnt want to put to much strain on the engine, clutch or gearbox. I think even just an increase to 160 would make quite a big difference. Thanks for the comments guys! Alex
  2. Skoda made and sold 1000 of these, only seen a couple about since I have had mine. Shelvey - Im number 846.
  3. After some serious saving I decided it was time for a change. I managed to sell my Lupo to a friend and decided to treat myself to a Skoda Fabia VRS SE. The spec is as follows: TDI PD - 130BHP Race Blue Metallic Paint Tinted Rear Windows Cruise Control 6 CD Changer Full Leather Interior Red Brake Calipers The car is fantastic, I've had it just over a week now and after a 1.0E Lupo its like a dream to drive. The low down poke is simply staggering and it still manages to return over 50MPG on most runs. I haven't really got any plans for it just yet but I am definitely considering a remap for it perhaps in a couple of months time border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" /> Alex

  6. I walked over to my car and tried to put the key in as usual but the key wouldnt go all the way in and I couldnt unlock the car. Its a lupo E and doesnt have central locking so I had to unlock the passenger door, which worked fine and jump over. Anyone know what might be the problem and if I can fix it cheaply and quickly as the car is being part-ex'd on Saturday. Thanks, Alex
  7. Does anyone know of any Insurers who provide cover for under 21's on a cabriolet. Just tried to get a quote on a Smart Roadster Coupe 80 but churchill say that because I'm only 20 they won't insure me. Seems to be the same with all the big comapny's like Churchill Directline etc. Any help appreciated. Al

Only thing is when the wiper does a sweep the plastic cap pops up on the washer jet, anyone know how to modify this so that this doesnt happen??? border="0" class="linked-image" /> border="0" class="linked-image" />
