one of mine why not, although almost a year old now:

i looked into getting the little nylon dowls inside the straps from euros, they dont stock them. so ill either turn up some nylon or aluminum, brass ect ones on a lathe.

im 6.2 and never had any problems, infact its one of the most comfortable cars i have sat in.

interesting read this, as i have had the above symptoms and havent realy looked anymore into it? i will have a gander at the weekend and report back what i find.

what is the interrnal diameter of the pipe? just bought a stainless manifold for my conversion and if this fits, it could be another part of the puzzle.

hi ive made a few enquiries as to postage, and i have managed to get it down to £35.45 unfortunately thats the cheapest quote i could get. ideally i was looking to spend £150 on the conversion. would you be willing to accept £120 and ill accept the punt on the postage? i can paypal you over a deposit of say £5o this friday. as its a bit heavy on bills this week. with the remiander to follow next week if thats ok. then i can arrange to have it collected on the monday? let me know what you think. thanks madseb

this happened to me, was a loud clicking almost knocking coming from the latch that holds the door open. turned out to be the nylon inserts between the bolts and the latch. currently sourcing some new ones, untill then ive just taken the latches off.

imnot to far from you, im also around fice minutes from lakesdie. im on the essex side of the water. your car looks very familiar. think ive seen it on seatcupra. ?

i too misssed this, unfortunately had prior engagements. all going well, should be at the next one hopefully breaking in a new engine
