Saw you on Saturday about 5:30pm stuck in the traffic from the Leeds match heading towards the ring road. I wasn't in my Gti so you wouldn't have spotted me. Oddly you were in exactly the same spot where I saw Defcon5 in his Black Lupo Gti a few weeks ago.

Haha I know everywhere was blocked up. I was in a Blue Audi A3 with some friends. I don't take my Lupo to Leeds games as I hate leaving it anywhere. I must admit you didn't look too chuffed about queueing.

I've driven a new Fiat 500 too. They're more of a laugh than a good drive. The interior styling is amazing and the dash is like something out of a spaceship the way the speedo chases the rev counter. They are incredibly cute n shexshy. To be serious though a Fiat 500 Abarth isn't even in the same league as a Lupo Gti when taking everything into account e.g build quality. Still maybe they'll make improvements and bring out an even better one. Apparently the Abarth that they gave to Felipe Massa is way way more powerful than the standard ones and he's had it ages. He must have been gutted in a way though because Raikkonen was given an Enzo at the same time.

hmmm i might be tempted to try pick up with the convoy at some point. i'll be armed with walkie talkies so i'll throw one treblets way. treblet how many walkie talkies can you handle talking on at the same time?

The top pic could possibly be the car park at the top of the moor near Grosmont. I agree the Guisborough to the Whitby road is brilliant. I've flown up and down it plenty of times in my Gti and Sport before that. It's best at night when it's empty. Yep will defo have to sort a Whitby meet. Easy for me. I'm only 10 mins away.
