Was just wondering if anyone could tell me the bulb fitment for a mk2 arosa? And could you recommend any upgraded headlight bulbs?

Was also wondering what bulbs they were, need a set for mine they look sweet!

This is my favourite Arosa on here! So simple but it looks so good. I reckon cambridge rears would work alot better but its still awesome

Any idea which one the mute wire is mate?

I tried fitting a panasonic cd player in the car today but when i turned it on all it says is muting 0, tried 2 cd players and both say the same thing, even when a cd is in or an aux lead. Ive checked the wires all are ok and the standard headunit works ok, any ideas?

Just a quick question, how hard is it to fit Lupo rear lights onto a mk2 Arosa? Are they a straight swap or do you need to change the wiring etc?

Hi, ive recently got a mk2 arosa and im looking at building a sub box. Ive had a quick search but cant find the boot dimensions anywhere? Does anyone know what the specs are? and does anyone have any tips on what materials to use?

Hey I used to be on the forum a while ago when i had my first car, red 1,4e lupo Which i then sold for a mk2 polo saloon The polo is currently a cat c write off and is sat on my drive feeling sorry for itself rather than fixing it im going to cut my losses and will soon be on the lookout for my second lupo hopefully santa will be nice to me this year

The time has come to put my polo up for sale, ive had it around a year and a half now and really fancy a change. It is 1989 mk2 polo saloon, with only 47800 miles on the clock! It has a 1.0ltr engine and a 5 speed gearbox. Since owning the car I have replaced the timing belt, front and rear wheel bearings and serviced it regularly. It has been lowered slightly but by how much im not sure. The car currently had 6 months tax and 6 months mot, sailed through the last mot with no advisories and the tester said it was like a brand new car underneath. I look after the car cleaning it once a week and polishing it every so often, you can tell it has been well looked after due to the condition it is in. The interior is like new, no rips or tears or anything! Being 22 years old there are inevitably some bad points! There is a slight blow on the exhaust. The car also a small oil leak, it has never bothered me as the car doesn’t use much oil. Also there are a couple of minor parking dents on each side of the car, again nothing serious but they are noticeable when up close. Overall being a 22 year old, the car is in great condition and there aren’t many about in similar condition, ive not actually seen another on the road. Its turns heads everywhere you go! As for the price, im looking for £1200 ono, if ive missed anything or you have any questions, drop me a pm. Located in Newcastle Upon Tyne.

Cheers m8 The lupos finally back on the road after bein off for around 3 weeks, had a new clutch gearbox and pedal box put it will be taking some more pics later on. Im thinkin of sellin this soon as im after something a older so if anyone could give me a an idea of what i should expect to get for it? as i havnt a clue what its worth tbh :s

nice mods so far i dont think the grill needs sprayed, looks spot on as it is
