I think you might be the happiest chap in the world at this moment in time! A 250% increase in power is scary! How long after you get out of the car does it take you to stop smiling, or have you not left the drivers seat? The exhaust on my loop hangs a good few inches below where it should be. I attacked it with a welder this afternoon but the only place it seems to be connected is that rubber ring thing, am I missing something? I saw another GTi with its exhaust in perfect position yesterday and mine looks like its hanging off in comparison

Nice motor, but it really needs flared wheel arches, would look much better, as standard thay are vertical!

With your petrol price thing, can you make it so it works out your mpg as well, so you could then get the cost per mile, and work out how much fuel you will need for a long trip and stuff

What relevance does it have to the GTI over any other Lupo?

If there is petrol then you immobiliser is fine, and probably the fuel pump too. When were the plugs etc last changed?

I currently use megs NXT tech wash, SRP then the tech wax. Ill put a layer of real wax over the tech wax next time. Youre making me want to go wash the car!

So should I be using a proper wax before the NXT? And then put the NXT over the wax?

Maybe fillers is the wrong word, I mean fillers like in Megs NXT Tech wax, synthetic polymers or whatever they call them. If it covers swirls, than it must have some filling properties surely?

Thats probably your easiest option, I would imagine there is a fair few people who have upgraded their CD player so getting one shouldnt be a problem. Try scrappers too

30 miles each way for me, normally takes 30 - 40 mins. About 20 miles of that is M62 and the rest is Dual carrigeway so economy is pretty good! Generally get about 220-240 miles to a tank. Bit soul destroying having to fill up every 3/4 days though!

My mums Sport does this when you put in a CD thats too scratched, so I would suggest its the laser thats gone?
