  1. All you damn lower lower people.. I checked the depth of how far I could go and at 100ml it would be scraping... lmao I figured 60 is the max I could go without destroying the car
  2. 120mlllllll bloomin' heck LOL I would love to but I couldn't live with that agh! I want it lowered, bad now!
  3. this is something I was looking into. You can only get the rear GTi panel from VW and they quoted 248quid per side. I thought.... Fork that idea LOL
  4. Nice idea getting the front smoothed
  5. New pictures, with them actually on-on... Tried to fit my old steelies on mates Beetle.. holes didnt align. Damn! ^^
  6. Whats the best thing about shagging twenty-eight year olds? Theres twenty of them... I chuckled.
  7. Plan ruined. Got all the bolts ordered, coming tomorrow. Planned to whack my wheels on tomorrow, still with the poke at the rear. Then mother dear comes home, has a go at me about how the insurance company hasnt got back to us, after like 6/7 months.. hmm.. about whether lowering is going to affect it. Then she goes on about how the cars' in her name so that if I get pulled by the police, points will go on her license, or I will get some either way. Pointless me putting the fronts on tomorrow, when she wont allow me to have the rears on. 7x13 on front with bog standard steelies on the rear. For how long too? I was told by the garage to get archs from Polos n' Golfs just to mould on so tread isn't showing, but thats just more n more money. Forkin helllll
  8. ooo sexy camber, tucking... Sounds like fun hehe
  9. Yeh yeh width, poking out the side of the car. But it may just be the angle of the shot lol. I saw FK's on VenomMotorsport.com, bloomin' £300 odd... sheesh. But you can adjust the height at any time cant you? Are the the way to go then? Seizing a problem?
  10. Cheers for giving me the link to his thread, I was looking for it yesterday agh It looks smart, and I guess I could do with a bit more than 30ml lower lols Only thing is it doesn't look as if there is as much poke as mine, but probably because I have monster truck wheels it doesn't help LOL makes it look larger than it actually is I expect. Anyone know of any good springs then? I see philj pop up alot, seem to be a round choice for alot of people.. As matty suggests at the top...
  11. yeh I no I need longer bolts, I didnt no what size bolt to get
  12. Yeppo. Dunlop SP Sport... if that makes a difference. You say about arches, what did he do exactly? Cheers
  13. Yer I saw that on the TV advert.. I thought £3 was abit much though. Turns out not so lol
  14. Yeh thats the problem down here, although its bloody dangerous half the time lol.
  15. Ahhh I gotta' get into thiiiss!!!!!
  16. Bought ATS C's, and needed a 5mil spacer on the front, therefore making the original bolts useless, as it was done by a professional, so I gotta' listen to him. I was wandering what size I actually need to fit the alloy. Below is an eBay site I found, which has.. ALOT of sizes. *eBay shop Site* Thanks for your help
  17. Ha! Nothing wrong with abit of height.. its barely noticeable.. much
  18. Finally did something to my LooP. Been asking on here about offsets etc for the ATS's, and decided to buy them 8s n 7s. The fronts need 5ml longer bolts, which I dont know where to get from, due to 5ml spacer. Rears are a toughy as I need wider archs, so I am looking around at other archs for cars, as my bodyshopmanperson said he could mould it into the bodywork. Original plan was to get a GTi (Lupo) rear wing, but... costs £240 from VW parts dealer... Anyway, enjoy. I sure am now that I have to get and pay more.. grrr
  19. I disagree because down in the south west everyone has Tractors.. and generalising over. Seen.. maybe one RS4 in Plymouth, and whilst bumming around the area, so I couldnt understand his point. The main cocks are still for me M3, Impreza and Citroen Picasso drivers. Definitely the worst.
  20. Cheers for the replies guys. I was busy purchasing the wheels after your comments seemed like good news. One thing that I am concerned about now is the legality of them. I dont wanna be pulled over for the first time since driving for having pokey outey wide wheels I have searched around and cannot get a definitive answer whether they're legal in any way or illegal. Cheers
  21. Yeh was the mk2, and didnt see the side grills. Didnt wanna' look at it for too long lol. Looked like a woman driving it so.. yeee
  22. look better without feathered selection.. Or harden up the brush/eraser
  23. I dont have the Sport no, just the reg 1.4... 7X13 ET20 AND 2 X 8X13 - thats all it says.
