your better off putting the polo gti engine in a whole lot easier to fit and a whole lot easier to find, cos those polo guys are always crashing into things

the tweeters are actually clipped onto the tweeter grills you have to wedge something sharp in between the dash and grills and pop them out simple really

also finally got my finger out and repainted the engine, the paint vw use to paint the polo gti engine is quite frankly pants and corrodes fairly quickly so 3 coats of high temp paint and 8 coats of clear later here are the results. next up now i have access to a cnc machine and water jet billet goodness!

just a small update bonnet bra is now on quite like the look, marmite to some people i know but im gonna use it functunally going to shows and back

its just a stab in the dark but try demon tweeks im sure they still use kamei as their still listing parts in their catalogue. just blag them saying you bought a grill a couple of years ago from them but youve lost the infill and rather than demon tweeks helping you out youd rather speak to kamei direct just incase you lose another infill again in the future, im sure theyll give you the number, if they dont tell them that your a valued customer and you wont use them again and insist on speaking to a manager usually always works chap!

try kamei just say you have one of their grills and youve lost the infill so could you buy another

in my opinion this helps give the sport and gti its querky and different from the norm look

im guessing you wouldnt be saying that if you actually had a sport or gti?

for my money stem seals are going this happened to my car drank oil like nobodys business until it went pop! through oil starvation, my advice dont put it off get it looked at pronto!

im also a member and moderator for durhamdubs if you want some local meets join up as we meet every month just outside darlington were showing our cars at turners (club sponsors) open day this weekend at sunderland fastcar and pioneer will be there. its a really great club with a few clublupo members in it

i had them done by a local body shop for £240 who rolled them sealed them and repainted them because the paint cracks when there rolled, as far as im aware i was only the second person in the country to have these wheels and the first on a lupo ive never seen another set on a lupo even now. i dont think ill ever part with them ill just keep getting them repolished when needed the dogs in my opinion! the car has been dropped 60 mil and that is really pushing it because when there is weight in the car the wheel sits right up in the arch and rubs on the arch roof lining but then again if it aint rubbin it aint dubbin!
