its hardly an inabilty mate!! iv bin stowed off all this year, not just with customer jobs and but ive also done **** for loads for kam too!! this car will be done but i don't see why it should all be put on me to get it done in in the little amount of spare time i have!!!! it should be a joint effort

bit of an update. the lupo is off the road!! and it wont be back out till june(ish) as its in despertae need of a make over(again). oh and it need a new box as i put a hole in the bell house with the diff and the brakle servo decided it doesnt wanna play anymore . gunna redo the entire car so 1st of all i need a runabout voila 316 with loads of tax and test for the princly sum of 130 quid anyway this is the box damage and for anyone who complains tha there car bottoms out everynow and then try getting into my unit hehehe basically im gunna be doin everything ive wanted to do on the lupo but never had the chance with it bein a daily so the list reads: paint the engine bay and tidy all the ancilaries etc paint inside the car again anouther full dip but this time to bare metal( the paint striper will be used ) new roof of secret origin, decided against the chop though( for now) 3l bumpers front and rear rolled front arches remove seat belt hole in the back possibly a6 handles new mirrors of secret origin sport exhaust and mcuh more ill get some piccys up of what needs doin when i make a start on it but for now, for anyone who didnt see it oh and do you recon i can go lower? and for the record, im 5ft 3 and a half

dunno how much its droped by but can go lower but isnt realy that practical at it lowest can go anouther 15mm at the front with some minor adjustments but just isnt drivable, cats eyes are an issue now and i bottom all the way up my new street that wsas a year ago, i now have a flat spot on the anti roll bar and a a flat spot on my sump plug

no scrubin what so ever, no damping FTW! the use of good quality paint materials is where its at. i can leave it unwashed for weeks, even months, and all i ever really need to do is wash it no chamois no expesive cleaning gear ever used on the loop and definatly no swissvax

they only asked on monday if they could shoot it for a full feature on tuesday afternoon,.at 1st it was no then decided to pull a late nite at the unit to prep it for the shoot. ment i had to tottally strip the tramonts, flat the lips down and hand polish the lot, wash and polish the car inside and out after not bothering for over 2 months . theyve bin textin me all week and say itll be in the coming issue

ive never understood the whole bonnet bra thing meself. ive seen paint lifting on cars due to traped water seepin in to previous chip. personally im not a fan, some people like the look of them but i just cant see the practicallity of them. why spend money on paint work on your car thats used then winje about a small chip in the paint. i get people coming to me on a regular basis wantin front end resprays because of a few chips only to come back again in a few weeks time for exactly the same reason. christ, id only done 20 mile after painting the loop before e38 and there was a chip in the front bumper, did i cry, did i f**k! and as for taping up the front of a car why do front end styling on a car you use daily and not show it off while on the road.
