Thanks, i think i got the inlet manifold and throttlebody from you. Now for sale by its current owner (not me) GTi inlet manifold, gti throttle body, egr removed, remap to suit V-Power fuel and induction kit. (now for sale by its current owner (not me))

I'd advise against blocking off the boost return, this provides precious oil vapor to the scroll of the supercharger, without this the scrolls dry up and tend to wear very quickly. We've rebuilt enough chargers at jabbasport to know what works and what doesnt.

Hi Guys, Unfortunately there's not really much by way of group buy that we can do on this particular item. Because we have to outsource the manaufacturing of the bar, powder coating etc there's very little in it. With a group buy of 10 people, we tend to offer £200 inc postage whereas here, im offering £200 plus postage (£210 all in) without any group buy. I cant do more discount than this otherwise i wouldn't be doing any favours for our fabia friends who have the same bar and have got the 200 inc postage discount on their group buys.

Glad it feels better, the rear ARB tends to help with turn in so you'll find the response on turn in is much better, and the controllable oversteer is great. On mine, there's no real need to correct the slide, just a bit of lift off oversteer to pull the rear round the corner or on a fast corner just fettle the brakes lightly to get the front to dig in and pull the rear round.. I believe it will fit the Polo so you're mate's more than welcome to order one

Yeah that's the one, i got the diameter wrong in this post, like it says, they're 23mm. That's got KW V2s and the anti roll-bar, but yeah, quite different from standard.

Yeah much better, however the flexi i used was one i robbed off an old 1.8T exhaust ;-)

It could be the flexi in the downpipe. Mine recently went, i cut the flexi out and welded a new one in, £375 for a new downpipe and cat.!

Yeah that's right, the ARB that we make for the Fabia we've adjusted for the Lupo. They're a great addition to any suspension setup.

rods are about £380 for a set, and pistons are about £80 a piece.

Forgive me if i'm wrong, but am i right in thinking i could use the pistons and rods from a 1.4 TSI and drop them into my AHW 1.4 16v. From what i can see, the bore is the same, which says to me the stroke is the same too. Thoughts anyone? Cheers

Dont really get any understeer and if there's any oversteer it's smooth and controllable, i run 32psi front and 30psi rear and a rear anti-rol bar. on large fast roundabouts you can go as fast as the front will allow and you'll get some understeer, dab the throttle and then let off and you'll get the back end out

Was gonna say, i've got one on my lupo too, the turn in response is amazing in comparison and oversteer is very controllable!

The VW ones are Parts Club retro fit ones. I can get a set made for the lupo for £20 plus postage. I have these on my lupo at the minute, they fit the normal wiper arm so there's no messing around to fit them, take about a min to fit.

Does anyone have any experience of this, putting a head from a 1.4 16v onto the 1.6 gti block? Any adjustments needed?

Update: Been tweaking the map, bearing in mind this is a 75bhp 1.4 Lupo E 97BHP@5417rpm 138Nm@3325rpm Slowly getting to Sport power!
