Fair enough, might be worth going oem or magnacore leads, you might be lucky, might be worth calling them to see and if not they might be able to order it for the weekend, mine are getting that way haha

Hi also from jersey, I had that problem with the lights with the light going on and off over a long period changed the brake light switch and it sorted it also did my ht leads and coil, got both from lucas house, one set of leads was dodgey which they changed under warranty, hope this helps

Hi all, Back in January I had my headlight replaced as part of an accident repair. A couple of nights ago I noticed my headlight (the one they replaced) is flickering and turning off, I've spoken to the garage who said it could be the bulb or the unit, they said the warranty won't cover the bulb but if it isn't they'd cover it, Is it it likely to be that bulb ? I can't see it being possible Any ideas as I don't fancy tearing my car apart for no reason It's a lupo gti with xenons Cheers

changed the plugs in november time, just put a new set of leads one aswell, will speak to my vw dealer re: a coil pack

Cheers for the comments, dont think ive seen yours on the road FUZZ, having a coilpack issue at the moment i think so hopefully will be sorted shortly doubt there will be much progress on mods anytime soon as i need to get the mini back on the road

plugged it into vagcom today, came out with 2nd and 3rd cylinder misfire and random misfire, all intermittent, going to take a guess a coilpack?

Will do tomorrow not sure wether anyone had any initial ideas

Hi all Driving back this afternoon my lupo decided to run like crap had a look and one of the leads was split so went and got a new set and ran fine then about 30mins later started running lumpy again, it'll then clear itself up and run fine, then when you turn it off and on again it runs lumpy again, any ideas ?

Back on the rock after the trip, lupo never missed a beat and behaved himself managed a quick picture at a petrol station visited the porsche museum in stuttgart and as the nurburgring was closed due to snow resorted to fun on the autobarns

got a 1275 with swiftune cam, med flywheel and clutch with stage 3 head also got fibreglass and frontend if you cant tell

Hi There thought id best start a thread on here as ive had him about 3 months now. I found the lupo on facebook for sale and being one of only five over here in jersey quickly snapped it up. Hes tornado red, 2004 with only 49k on the clock. Absolutely standard when i got him apart from some pretty badly curbed Bathurst wheels (didnt come out the factory curbed haha) Heres some pics Then hears one from my first sunny day with the gti Then painted the badge and wheels BLACK Then unfortunately he had a run in with a fiesta while parked at college This led to a new light, wing and bonnet respray ;0 also got door and boot redone as the same time so pretty much mint now apart from the dreaded spoiler. Heres my other car for anyone interested Taking the lupo away tomorrow to the alps Then for a few laps of the Nurburgring Modding will start when im back

Yea all good, was the two that attach to the box that were loose, put the new one on anyway but the old one looked sound, put thread lock on it

Managed to get one backordered cheers, found out my old one wasnt gone, just the bolts were loose

Hi There, just gone to collect my lupo after being repaired and am far from impressed with the result, does anyone have any pictures of what the panel gap between the front left wing and bumper should be like, For when i go tomorrow if they play the, thats what its meant to be like card. Cheers
