  1. Looks nice, what trims are they?
  2. You will never be able to sell that car. The damage is more serious than cosmetic. You'll need to have the car on a jig to straighten the boot floor and rear suspension legs straightened. Like i said, get advice from your insurance company.
  3. Not always. I had a non fault claim last year and didn't effect my premiums one bit. Changing your wheels is more likely to affect your premium. Say you get the car repair, and the guy ghosts on you? Who foots the bill? Or it goes to his mate for repair who does a shite job? Say the pain in your neck gets worse, is he going to pay for time of work? You pay your insurance for a reason. Theres no valid reason not to go through insurance, other than to save his NCB (if any)
  4. Get the insurance company involved. You literally have no good reason not too.
  5. Spotted behind our stand at the Yorkshire Air Ambulance charity day in scunthorpe
  6. What can I say? my ST is pretty nice (thats a joke btw) Next one will be on the 15th, you've got plenty of notice!
  7. Couple of good post above. I'll add that the Ka is much cheaper for spares and repairs, and is much easier to work on. A friend built this on his drive (not which wheels are on the dyno).
  8. Have you tried speaking to JBS in Chesterfield? They should be able to help or at least point you in the right direction
  9. Not always true. The cost of buying my lupo recovers itself over 8 months of not using the ST for work. Yes the Ford is THAT bad on fuel. In the context of this thread, i'd be keeping the GTi and look for a shed/project caddy you can keep off road and work on (or pay to have work done)
  10. Loads on Ebay motors, auto trader and gumtree
  11. Tight gits. Two new rear tyres for the ST have just cost me £130 each, and that was for mid range!
  12. For context, 225/40r18 on what i run on my 8x18 on the st. I would've though 225 would've been far to big for a lupo.
  13. I've had the same message pop up this week. Oil looks fine but it is due a service.
  14. Defo not a 3. The breadvan/coupe was a mk3. Thats either a mk1 or 2
  15. http://www.cestrefeld.autoweb1.co.uk/showroom/searchgroup/retro-rides Think thats a mk1 at top of page.
  16. https://www.google.co.uk/search?q=BBS+RA+On+A+Lupo&client=safari&hl=en&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ei=AXzAUfr_J4jCPIGMgKAG&ved=0CAcQ_AUoAQ&biw=320&bih=504
  17. I'll chase your car down the next time What a nob
  18. What makes it funnier is I parked with 3 orange ones and two bright green RS. Hardly subtle!
  19. Saw you come in, waved and you drove straight past!
  20. I'll be skipping the meet point now, mate has asked me to play football instead, so i'll be going straight to retail park around 8ish.
  21. Godammit stop being so difficult
  22. Well, because you Lupo lot are so flakey i've decided to go and play 5-a-side instead, so wont be getting there until 7:30-8:00
