hmm cos im leaning towards a m45 and asking storm for a bracket the one which paul bin used. Rite cheers for the info on the injectors and coilpacks i think 20vt ones will fit. Decomp plate is the way i will go as i cant afford low comp pistons. intercooler i will try and find and the pipework shouldnt be too bad. Is there anything else i need.

Right im fairly serious about supercharging me arosa now. I need some help though. Firstly which supercharger do i go for the supossidly better but also much costlier rotrex. or a m45 eaton from a mini cooper which is much easier to find and mich cheaper to buy. I also need a bracket could i use the one made from rotrex to fit the 1.4 16v engine even if i use the m45. now the injectors and stuff i can just get from gmc motorsport unless someone else knows differently. Now my plan for the ecu is to get the custom code stage 3. clicky Im not sure what else though. and how much bhp can i get. I dont want a kit as they are 2 expensive so i need it to be under 1.5k.

what about using a 1.4 8v gearbox would that work as the clutch is the same.

its not going into any gear got the gearbox off and the guy said it is screwed.

true in a sense i agree that white collar government make up what is and isnt acceptable. But i think there is a line if anyone called me a terrorist or anything of the kind i would be very offended for 2 reasons, it shows that they see a brown person and think terrorist and it shows that they think people dieing losing families which is no laughing matter imagine god forbid you lost a member of your family like that u would be pissed. what would happen if i used a 1.4 8v gearbox?

I think my gearbox has gone as last night driving as usual and the the gear box got very notchy and wouldnt select gears. Now when i drove it to the garage the gearstick was shaking so was the clutch and it wouldnt select gears and when driving it makes a loud whining noise like a supercharger. There is really dodgy noise like banging and scraping. I thought it was the pedal box at first but now im not sure. Is it deffinatly the gearbox and clutch and where can i get one from.

to my understanding if you have 2 sensors one before and one after the cat decat will hinder if you have one before the cat and thats it, it will help.

mine just started doing this aswell. Its like notchy and hard gear changes sqweeky clutch and sounds whiney when im driving like reverse kind of.

just depends though as before i though speed was all about off the lights or in a straight line. Now as mentioned my arosa isnt fast but it can keep up with bigger cars and with 280mm discs can slow down later and take corners faster aswell. My car isnt that fast off the line but it does have ommpf. But once in the busy city or back twisty b roads it makes sense. when i come to sell this car and get either a cupra tdi or a 7series or a clk230. None will have the agility and fun. E.g. my mate drives a 200sx its fast but only when fast and the arosa is fun at normal speeds which i love.

im now 18but still under my policy of when i was 17. ive got an arosa sport thats 1400 on my own name which aint to bad in my opinion.

i disagree a think loops and rousas look in complete with out a spoiler. I think the gti one is nice as is te standard vw and seat one. I have seen a rear wing though they look awful. Less isnt more in this case IMO as imagine a gti without its spoiler it would look weird and incomplete.

i only got charged 20quid for alignment which isnt anything to bad and i cant see it being much more for you. One thing i will say though is until you get it sorted enjoy the handling it is prolly the most easily chuckable thing in the would. But its actually harder to drive in a straight line.

I think nearly any 1.8T engine could reach 225bhp with a K04 turbo if that helps?
